So today I had the time to experiment with my new microphone for the first time. I got a Samson Go Mic from Best Buy a week or two back and for whatever reason, I have been unable to mess with it. Since we are in the middle of finals at school, my planning period is 2 hours long so I put off grading and planning for next semester to record my first podcast.
Well, actually I read a chapter out of a book that I have been reading The Cheapskate Next Door: The Surprising Secrets of Americans Living Happily Below Their Means (Broadway Books; June 2010; Trade Paperback Original). I really enjoy the book and I didn't really have time to write/plan an actual lesson, so I killed two birds with one stone and read the next chapter and recorded it. Hopefully Mr. Yeager and Broadway Books will not come after me for my plagerism. I doubt it since very few look at this site and since I do not make any money from it.
